Our team will review your request and provide a quote for your costume based on the complexity of the design, materials, and time required to complete it. Once you agree with the quote, we'll send you a link for payment.

Once payment is received, our designers will start working on your costume. We will stay in close contact during this process, ensuring the design matches your vision and making adjustments as needed.

We will perform a rigorous quality check before shipping thecostume to you. We want to ensure it's exactly what you ordered and that it meets our high standards.

• Custom orders generally take longer than listing costumes. So please allow ample time when ordering.
  
• Given the unique nature of custom orders, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there's a defect in craftsmanship.
